      What is one of the most important pieces of equipment that a runner needs? Odiously you know the answer, its running shoes.There are millions of different running shoes. Its so important that there are stores that sell running shoes only.

          I've tried many different running shoes. The only shoes I like for running are Asics. The reasons I like Asics are they support my foot,they fit my foot very good, there are in pretty much every store, and they are in my price range. Here is my newest Asics shoes.
