I'm Training !!

Hey followers SO SORRY I haven't been blogging lately. I started a co-op school and I've been busy doing that although never to busy to keep running.  
  Anyways I have signed up to do the chick-fil-a half marathon again this year.  So I'm really excited  about that. I'v been using the Asics training plan to get faster from last years race. My time from last year was 2:21:41 I'm hoping to do it this year in 2:15.  I've added speed work to the end of my runs. I have also planned my costume for this year.  Keep posted to see how it all turns out.  
  I hope to write more to encourage you all to stay active.  If a kid like me can do it SO can you!!!
